Lack of chemicals, good service. The technician was very good and professional. We are overall pleased with the job and will call Zerorez again. 24 hours later did note one entrance area that we will have to do by hand as it is quite stained.

This was my second time with Zerorez. The first time was great and I requested the same person I had last time. I was told that would happen. It did not. However, I had Matt and he was very nice. However, I felt he cleaned in a "record" amount of time and I am not happy with the results especially in my bedroom Not acceptable. I waited to see how it exactly would look after it dried. I was going to call this week but have had an extremely busy work week with long days so I was going to call when I have a day off this week. I want someone else to come and reclean the areas in my bedroom that aren't clean for sure.

Great job cleaning the carpet, tile & grout and they dry quickly. The technician, Darnell, called to confirm the appt and arrived when he said he would. He was professional in appearance and demeanor. We have used Zerorez several times in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Quick and complete
Don't try to upsell a $75 service to coat the carpet to make sure the stains don't come back up at the end of the cleaning process. If this is necessary, you should sell it up front or include it as a part of your services.
On time and courteous service. The carpets were beautifully cleaned and there is no residue from the cleaning process left in the carpet.
Our carpet was still very wet 7 hours later after leaving all the doors and windows open to let it dry. I borrowed a dehumidifier from my neighbor and the master bedroom was dry by morning, but the downstairs was still damp and we moved it from room to room until there was the dampness was gone. That was almost 24 hours later!
How well Zero rez cleans my carpet without the harsh chemicals and never leaving my carpet feeling "crunchy or sticky" For the most part, the technician are very good at keeping the corners protected and cleans up after the service.

Very dirty carpets were cleaned and they look great now. The carpet cleaner (I can't remember his name) was very professional and took extra time on the carpets. This is the second time I've used xerorez and I will definitely use them in the future!
