Great customer service.

My bedroom carpet was too wet after treatment. The technician left at 1;30 pm. I had to put towels on to carpet at 11 pm and remove the wet towels in the morning. I had to put new towels again last night. The carpet is still not dry.

Clean Carpet...what else

I think at the point of phone call, the inside reps should be able to ask what the carpet cleaning needs are for, ex.. is this for pet stains, wear and tear, etc... this way they can recommend the washing of smaller rugs from the get go. The girl I spoke with wasn't very professional, seamed very young, not attentive, and no listening skills.

Servicemen are always prompt, professional and very careful
with my personal belongings. I love the results and would never
allow anyone else to clean my carpets or furniture.

The "green" process, stone flooring looked great after they were cleaned and Robert Keith was knowledgable and did a great job.

They are clean and not filled with chemicals!

On time and polite.

My carpet was still damp this morning, although Robert (who was very professional and courteous) said it would dry in 3 to 6 hours. So next time and there will be a next time I will request extra "extraction" if that is the right term.

Matt, the service technician is prompt, efficient and attentive to detail.

Communication lacking. Do not mind the length of time it took to clean the carpets but pick up and return times were not communicated.

I love the Zerorez cleaning process and really appreciate that technician Brett Spence does a terrifi job. He is professional, thorough, pleasant & helpful, fast and my carpet looks like new after he's done cleaning it.

Cleans quickly and stays clean. Carpet feels soft, not sticky.

I have had very good service, with the exception of one time. I recommended Zerorez to a friend who had area rugs to be cleaned. They were not cleaned on site and it was questionable whether one of the rugs had even been cleaned.
