Excellent service.

I rated you based on previous service. This last visit was much less satisfactory, as I stated previously. In the past, furniture was replaced with paper coasters under the legs, extra time given to spots (one is still there), and more surface covered. This cleaning was completed in an hour and I am seeing scrapes on the walls that I don't believe were there before. I could be wrong but they look new.

My shag carpet was thoroughly clean after Zerorez did the job. Was told they sprayed something on carpet first and then cleaned with water. No smell or residue at all. They came at the time indicated and stayed until job was complete.

Courteous, capable, energetic representative (Daniel is the greatest!); and use of pure water -- no soap to act as a dirt magnet!

Since I did not have a fourth area to add for free in the promotion, I thought the area rug in my living room should have qualified. When I mentioned that, my service provider stated it was not possible, but it was a $50 value, so he discounted that from the protestant I added to trooms. However, he did not tell me the cost before he did the work. I suppose, I should have asked for the price, but I didn't think that an 8 x 10 rug would cost almost 3 times as much to clean as an entire bedroom. I was hit with a bill for $383 for work that I think was worth about $290. Why can homes with 4 rooms have their carpets cleaned for $250, while my home with only 3 rooms and an area rug costs $359? I don't think that is really fair.

My carpet comes out so well. Was I supposed to get a free bottle of spot cleaner? I didn't.

It cleans!!! And lasts for more that a month. That is all that I care about. The best carpet cleaning ever.

So far so good... Out carpet looks very refreshed! we have a couple of tough spots, but hopefully over time, they will fade.

My carpet looks brand new after getting cleaned by Zerorez. I was surprised at how fast the carpet dried. Robert Keith did an outstanding job. This is definitely the right way to clean my carpets now and in the future.

I have used your services on numerous occasions and I am always very pleased. The people who answer the phone are helpful, and I am appreciative of the technicians which come to do the work. They are always professional, neatly groomed and polite. They show up on time and work quickly. Your excellent service is truly distinctive in today's schlock customer service climate. I do have one complaint however. The rooms in my house are very small, particularly the bedrooms. In those rooms he may only clean the traffic patterns, that are a fraction of the whole room, yet I get charged for a full room. Also, a 4'x10' hallway counts as a room?!? Seem like every cleaning it gets more expensive.
