A++ technician was great!

It seems that the company has changed. The people answering the phone are pretty incompetent. I called to change my initial appointment, and no one answered the phone, so I left a message. No one returned my call. Then I received a reminder call (from Austin) for the appointment I had cancelled, during which I re-scheduled the appointment for Monday (yesterday). On Monday I called to confirm and Austin said they didn't have me scheduled for that day, but said he could get someone there by 4pm. I had to cancel another appointment at 4pm to wait for the technician, who then arrived at 2:30. The techs seemed to perform the cleaning differently than in the past, without spotting certain areas, and using a really vile smelling chemical on my tile. However, the carpet and tile did come out well-cleaned. This is my 3rd cleaning by Zerorez, and it was a completely different experience than the first two times. The first two times, the tech sold me some spotting solution and gave me information about how to care for the carpet. The third visit was a really different experience. Not sure I want to repeat it.

Dennis called to tell us he was on his way and arrived on time. He was friendly and efficient and great to work with. We had a leak in one of the bedrooms from the recent rainstorm and he made recommendations on how to prevent further damage to the carpet, padding and subfloor.
He's been to our house on a prior visit and I was glad to see him as our technician again. Even my dog was calm and relaxed around him and the equipment and Skipper usually hates the vacuum!

Customer service is always a 10. Products don't leave my carpets feeling stiff or super wet.

Robert knows exactly what it takes to erase any spot that might be on a carpet or piece of furniture. I can always count on him to do the job and he has never failed. Also, it is a pleasure to talk to the one's on the phone.
