Rashad was friendly, on time, gave me the head-up call, and helpful when my kitty wasn't cooperating. He's terrific! And he did a great job cleaning the carpet, too!

Our carpet is over 20 years old and every time Zeroez cleans it it looks new.
To give a 10 in this area I would need a couple months to see if the dirty areas of my carpet return! So far, they look great!

Price seems high. I have a tiny little house with roughly 500 sq ft of carpeted area. Cost was just under $200.
Your cleaning method to keep soap out of the carpet, and your reasonable prices.
Carpet feels like it did when it was new. Doesn't do that with the standard steam cleaners.

The carpet looked beautiful after the cleaning. We were very pleased.
Equipment broke down prior to arrival. Bad communication. Scheduled for a Saturday. Did not show up until late Monday around 5:00pm after equipment was fixed. Technician seemed to do a quick once over, thought he would spend more time on traffic areas but never went over any area more that once. Seemed like he didn't want to be there. left stains and had to do by hand. Found stains next day in Living room. I cleaned by hand and the white T-shirt I used was very dirty. You would think after your carpet was cleaned it wouldn't be that dirty. Carpet doesn't look like it was cleaned, just fluffed it up a bit. The commercials on the Radio make the process sound like a great thing but I wasn't impressed. A refund would be nice but I don't think that will happen

The technicians are wonderful and my carpet always looks totally clean. I have a yellow cut Berber carpet over 10 years old and it still looks great
