Hello, first of all your team was very professional, Jeff with good customer service over the phone, then I met Eric very cordial and knowledgeable about hardwood floors. My only recommendations are that you should provide Jose with some more training. Jose was cordial enough but lacking of knowledge when it comes to be careful with minor details. Details that are very important such as floors and surrounding spills. Other than that everything was good Thanks very much

My dog had to take diuretics for several years and would pee whenever and wherever. The zero residue, no urine smell and clean carpet is what I like about your products. Daniel has cleaned my carpet several times and I totally appreciate his professionalism, dedication and kindness.

Right on time, (we like that also). Everything looks great, except a residue on the floor, which came up effortlessly after a quick washing. Hope to see Daniel again so we can keep our floors looking great!! P.S. Took a little longer to dry, but worth the wait.
The guy we had seemed reluctant to move any furniture at all--our couch is very light and elevated on legs. I can move it all by myself, but he didn't even try to move it so I did. Same with our living room chair. He wasn't very thorough, and took less than half the time the last guy took. And the last guy moved our dining room table back an forth to get under it, this one didn't even try to clean around it much. Other than that, the carpets do look better.

Robert , has been cleaning my carpet for 7 or maybe more years. Robert is the biggest reason I continue to call on your company. There is no questioning the job Robert will do. He always does his best. It is very hard to find good employees that take pride in there work. Robert is that employee, you are blessed to have him.

Keith was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. My carpets look great and no smell. My shower needed a good cleaning and he took time to make it perfect.
High quality and professionalism of staff. Most recently, Keith Almanza (Invoice #66800) did top notch work and was extremely polite & professional. It is the recurrent job well done and workers like Keith that keep me returning to Zerorez time and time again. Don't change anything.
Your service techs are extremely well educated about their products and cleaning. They are polite, professional and super helpful, giving me the feeling that we'll get everything done and back in order. Makes me smile. Please give a shout out to Sal and thank him again for us. The removal of the bad odors is the best benefit of using ZeroRez. The use of a powerful vaccuum and water leaves the carpet very clean, looking new and removes smells.
