We had some confusion from our phone request to what the technician said he could do. We wanted our brick floors steam cleaned at the same time. The phone operator asked us if the floor was sealed and we said yes. When the technician came he said he could not clean sealed brick because it would ruin the brick ...??
Nice odor, carpet feels good and is clean. Keith did an excellent job. I only wish it were not quite so expensive. However, it was really done well.

I like the courtesy and professionalism of Zerorez employees, and the fact that without exception, my carpets look like new again after a Zerorez cleaning. My most recent experience was no exception. Keith did an outstanding job, particularly given the fact that my carpets were more soiled than usual due to the fact that we recently acquired a new puppy. I was amazed at how spotless my carpets were after Keith had finished the cleaning. Also, Debbie was particularly helpful in arranging a convenient appt. time for the cleaning.

ZeroRez has almost always been exactly on time or even early to their appointment time. They're efficient, and get the job done in a very timely manner, without taking any shortcuts to complete what needs to be done.
The main reason i use you guys is because you don't use soap to clean the carpets.

The people who work for Zerorez are very professional and personable and do a great job. I have been using Zerorez for a great many years having besides my carpets, but my granite, tile floor and upholstery and feel like these areas are always thoroughly clean without the awful soap residue left by so many other companies. Zerorez maybe a bit more money.........But You Get What You Pay For!! And I won't ever go any place else for my carpets or other household cleaning. Thank You Zerorez!!

The tile and grout were left wet. When the grout dried it was all different colors. I had to reclamation the grout. Also the technician left marks on the walls downstairs and the machine has splattered dirty water all over the baseboards. I had to spend time cleaning the walls and baseboards after the tech left. Definitely not worth the money.
Technician was on time. Called 30 min. prior to arrival. Came prepared. Was respectful of our home and it's contents.
