Our carpets look great, and with Zerorez the spots do not come back. Our technician, Darnell Ross, was professional and thorough.

We were very impressed with our technician (I believe his name is Jeff). He was very professional and pleasant. He was a hard worke, showed up on time and did a fantastic job. I only have positive things to say about him. I was disappointed that they only sent one guy to do the job. In all my years of using a company to clean my carpet there were always 2 technicians sent to do the job. It appears to me that the company appears to be interested in booking as many appointments as they have trucks and not taking care of there hard working employees. Cleaning carpets and moving furniture is a tough job! My advice is that you send two technicians for every job.
Our technician Sal really cared about my daughter's allergies to mold and mildew. He took extra time to remove excess moisture from the carpet and he really cared about the job he did. I hope the next time we use Zerorez, Sal will be our technician.
You guys are always on time, do an excellent job, leave with everything clean and go above and beyond what is probably required. Very customer helpful. I did read something interesting today however. I recommended your company to a person in fountain valley on a website for fountain valley residents. She got her carpets cleaned and gave my name as her reference. She said that I would get a discount, but it was not mentioned or deducted from my bill. That would not deter me from using Zerorez and I will ask for Sal everytime I need my carpets cleaned.

I was a former Haines and Cross fan. Jose the tech was very good. On time, responsive, helpful.
The vehicle he was driving looks like it needs repair, the amount of exhaust that is emitted during cleaning is a concern.
The Granite rejuveanation was a total waste. $200.00 for 10 linear feet and not anything more than you could pick up at home depot and do on a Saturday.

Scheduling was a challenge, appears to be some communication breakdown.
1st time i scheduled i was confirmed for Tuesday 13Sep but then recvd an email with Wednesday on it.
had to call back and get that straigt
had to postpone and reschedule for the following week 20Sept and even after i left a msg before 8am i didnt get a call back until after 11am. I had already called a 2nd time to speak to someone who took care of it.

Everything. Years ago I heard your ad on the radio and made an appointment to have the rugs cleaned. At that time you were just starting up and the owner and another gentleman came and explained that this is one of the best ways to have your rug cleaned. It still is to this day and Eduardo did a beautiful job of cleaning my carpets.

I was impressed with the results. Your technician was on time, very professional and friendly. He explained the process and was very efficient and effective in cleaning both our carpet but also our couch and chair which had not been cleaned since we bought them some 14 years ago.

Your service technicians and quality of the cleaning. I will say that the carpet takes longer than 4 hrs to dry. More like 24-30 hrs. Atill totally satisfied.
