Very professional and got put every stain.

I would recommend for carpet but not for area rugs and furniture. great job on carpets and appreciate prompt redo on areas that may not have come out so well. saw no difference on area rug when that was done a while back. Additionally chairs in my beach house appear to have been done with little care. The fabric was damaged I believe by your equipment at last cleaning. Unfortunately I was not there at time of service, my property mgr was and seems did not provide much oversight.

Timely, thorough and careful.

The gentleman (Marcel Costamalliere) arrived on time, was neat and clean in appearance, friendly & helpful regarding my current carpeting as well as suggestions for replacement flooring. The carpeting was a vast improvement after having had two cats for 15 years. The perimeter of the room lost its dark edge from accumulated dust and previous carpet cleaners, and the stairs -- the stairs look terrific!

I'm very pleased. I will happily recommend ZeroRez to anyone who asks about carpet cleaning.

Zero Rez and my technician Marcelo always does a terrific job. My carpet and rugs are cleaned without the feeling of residue or the typical "crunchy" clean carpet feel. Marcelo also does a great job cleaning out pet stain without damaging the carpet.

Our 17 year old white carpet always looks like new when the tech is done and stays looking clean much longer than any other service we used in the past.We used Zerorez to clean a tile floor for the first time, and they do as great a job on that as they have always done on our carpet.
