Fast, efficient and awesome techs!
Salinas was our cleaning guy. He did a great job. We just had new floors put in and he was good to protect them.

You failed to allow your tech the needed time to clean and seal my tile properly. When i called you it was expressed that it was the Tech's fault. I clearly explained to you that more time was needed the tech asked for it and you did not allow it. I am not sure I will use your service again. I have used you 6 times and it always ends up bad.
Some stains came back and zerorez came out and recleaned my carpet.. Thank you..it looks so nice ..

Robert Keith is truly the best Technitian I have ever had and we have used many companies in the past to clean our carpets and stone floors. Robert is a 10 out of 10 and he's a huge reason we keep coming back to ZeroRez.Robert never fails to be meticulous ....he checks and rechecks to make sure everything is perfect. And he's such a joy to be around! Our floors look great!
So far, the cleaning looks terrific. NO spots have come back up to the top and my furniture that was cleaned looks great. I'm very satisfied.
A couple of stains did not get removed and I was not offered cleaning of door entry rugs
always leaves the place clean. i like there's not a lot of chemicals left on the carpet
