Technician is always on time and professional with the right amount of friendliness. Our rugs are always cleaned and dry quickly. The other services we used in the past always left our rugs super wet. The only improvement I would like, I would like to talk to our local office instead of a call center. I lost the direct number this time around and hated the "call center experience". The local office knows me as a customer and everything is so much easier and quicker.
The technician, Robert was the best I have had. I don't know what he did differently from others of your staff, but my carpet looks like new!! He is the best and I will request Robert in the future.

I like the thoroughness and meticulousness of the Zerorez Service Workers. I like that they bend down scrape off the gum from the carpet. I like that my sofa smells fresh and clean. Best of all, I love the fact that the stains don't reappear after the carpet dries! My carpet looks like new. I wish you guys had outlets in NY and London for the rest of my family.

I like that there is very little chemicals used. The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Also took care to cover the walls and the floors with protective barriers.
we are a senior couple 84 and 85 respectively and your technician informed us that your customers always have the area to be cleaned removed of any furniture. we had all the throw rugs taken outside along with the chairs. We requested he move two (2) couches and do behind them. He informed us it would cost us another $20. Years ago I could have moved them even though there was no place to put them. I just asked him to move them and clean behind the couches. It will be some time that we call on you again if ever.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was nice and polite. His name is Daniel. He didn't make me feel bad about how stained my carpets were. The carpet looks really great and I am pleased with the outcome.

We are very happy with the carpet cleaning. With 4 dogs and a cat, we had stains that were not taken out by our last carpet cleaner. Zerorez got them all out!

I believe this is the third time Zerorez has cleaned our carpets and every time has been an excellent experience, including our most recent one. Sal, our carpet cleaner, was very professional and did excellent work. He communicated everything he had done and ensured we were satisfied with the work before he left.
No use of chemicals due to my allergies and asthma. Did excellent job in cleaning but couple of stains were difficult to remove. However effort was made. Appreciated the effort.
