An excellent job was performed on my couch and bathroom carpet. Very personable young man. Customer service was rather confused. First of all I accepted a 3-5 time frame on Monday. Then was offered an 11-1 time frame, which I accepted. Received an e-mail on Friday confirming my appointment for Saturday. The technical arrived before 11, on Monday, which was perfect. Afterwards I received a telephone message from Austin who confirmed my appointment, which had already taken place.

I like the thoroughness and meticulousness. I like that they scrape off the chewing gum that's glued onto the carpet. No stain escapes them. Best of all, I like that my carpets look brand new when they're done! My sofa too!

The products: They work!

The service: Alex, the young man that cleaned our carpet did a wonderful job. I told him that I knew it was stained quite badly, but for him to do his best. It looks wonderful! Yes, there were maybe 5, less than pea-sized spots that could not be taken out (knew that could happen), but the rest of the carpet looks so fresh and new. We are selling our parents home, and now we are proud to show it for open houses. Alex was also very polite and friendly. He like Jose, who did our home, would be highly recommended. My sister was very pleased, and so surprised that it could look so good.

The day we were scheduled for service the truck broke down but no one called to let us know so I had people waiting beyond the due time who finally had to go and told the driver he wouldn't be able to do the work that day. The company should have kept me informed.
