The service provided by Zerorez was excellent. I would like to specially commend the technician
who did the work. Michael Farr was fantastic. He was prompt,courteous, and very helpful. As a first time customer with a pretty big job, I was anxious and had a lot of questions. He was patient and thorough and quickly put me at ease. I will use this service again and will request this technician by name if possible.

I was very pleased with the two men who came yesterday from Zerorez. They were efficient, quiet and very mannerly. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and neighbors. I was so happy with the last time I had the carpets cleaned by Zerorez that is why I chose them again.
We have Zerorez clean our carpets every 6 months. They do an outstanding job and we'll continue to use them in the future. We had them clean on August 12 and about a week later our dog threw up on the carpet. We called them the next week and they were able to get the stain out. Thank you!

My 14 year old white carpet cleaned up like new. There were several stains that I was sure wouldn't come up but did. Very impressed with the service of my technician and his confidence in the cleaning methodology. I would use and recommend Zerorez again.

All Natural, no harsh smells or residues. Did a FANTASTIC job!! I wasn't sure the carpet really needed it, but I could see the difference as he was cleaning!! Night and day! The carpet looked so fresh and much brighter and lighter when he was done!! And it dried within a few hours! I was so happy I used this company! Sal was our service man and he was so friendly and professional! Give that man a raise!

Second time I have used your service. I am always impressed by technicians and their professionalism. My carpets went from looking like they needed to be replaced to looking like new! Commitment - on time and job done well
Dennis Smith did a great job he was on time courteous thorough and had a great work ethic and personality. I have a very inquisitive six-year-old son, Dennis even took the time to politely explain to him how the water was going to clean his carpet in his room and make it very nice when he was done. We were amazed with obviously how busy of a schedule he had but he still took the time to explain and make my son understand that everything would be alright that's just amazing customer service.
Robert and Lee we're very professional and didn't push me to do anymore than I wanted. They gave good advice and did an awesome job cleaning the floor.

He arrived on time and was friendly and efficient. I heard about Zerorez from Warren Eckstein on his Saturday morning pet show. He recommended it highly. The first time I used Zerorez I commented on how Warren was so happy with the service. It was a Saturday morning and I was listening to the program. He was raving about how good Zerorez was just as the technician was getting his gear in. It was just at the right time. I would advise any of my friends to use Zerorez.
