Keith was back to do our carpets again this year. Your system does a great job cleaning the carpets, but what really makes the program great is Keith. Not only does he do a fine job, but he communicates well, gives us suggestion on maintaining the carpet, and it's obvious he really cares about doing a first-rate job, both for the customer and the company. You have a very valuable representative, and we'll certainly be asking for him when we schedule our next service.
The quality of the results are great. My carpet is 18 years old and in great shape. we never wear shoes in the house, but after Zerorez it looks like new again. Tech (Sal) was the best. He went above and beyond the job.
The carpets are spotless and without any residue.
