The technician, Sal, was awesome. Very friendly and courteous/professional. As I am female and was home by myself, he did not make me uncomfortable and was very thorough and detailed with his work. I would be happy to use Zerorez again and have Sal visit my home.

how nice the carpet cleaned up and how quick the job was done.
The tech was terrific, on time and worked hard. My carpets were completely cleaned by 9 am. When i got home at 6 pm, some areas were still wet - enough so that I could soak up the moisture. so i spent significant time that evening using towels to dry the floor. i'd have been happier if the carpet had dried evenly. Note that i did have the special pet treatment.
Really I was amazed how good the carpets turned out. Better than any service I have used and the carpet is over 10yrs old. Stains that came back with every other service were gone. I will use them again and for there other services they offer.

Alex steamed the chemicals out of my carpets which a former cleaning service used and my carpets are now soft and clean, like new! Great job!

The technician,Brett, appeared personally clean and had such a pleasant way of discussing trouble spots. I was impressed that furniture and wall guards were put in place before he started work. He suggested a final application of a solution to prevent soil in the future which I appreciated. This is the ONLY carpet cleaning company I'll ever use.
They do a good job.
Our technician cleaned and died bleach spots in our hallway and stairs. The carpet looks almost new. I am very pleased with the results. We will be using Zerorez in the future.

The only thing I am not happy about is the empty television stand that could have been moved was not moved and the carpet underneath it did not get cleaned. The stand was sitting there temporarily for about a month so the carpet really needing cleaning. I should have checked before he was done. I told him to move it but he did not. So I am disappointed at that. Otherwise he was a good guy and worked hard.

Keith , (our technician) was very promt, proffesional, friendly and is an extremely hard worker!!! He did a FABULOUS job, on our couch's and our daughter's bedroom carpet! Our couches are about 10 years old and were quite soiled. Keith made them look like new again!! Needless to say, we are thrilled!! Keith gets a 10 ++ from us. We will definitely request him for further services and recommend him to our friends!

You come when you say you will. The carpet and upholstery doesn't get too wet and therefore dries fast. Leaves the carpet and upholstery very clean but free of cleaning residue.
