It works and Keith was the best! It was cleaner & took less time than we thought and were able to seal the grout same day. We will use you again and refer you to people. I did get cards from Keith and we are ready to give them out. Thank you for making our floor clean and pretty again.

I wish to comment on the cleaning job by Daniel. He was very professional and explained that some stains would not come out. I am 84 years old and have cleaned this carpet for several years and always got most of it cleaned. It took very little time, in the living room, as it was only dirty in one area. Of the hour here he only spent about 15 minutes on the troubled area. After it dried it looked no better and possibly worse. My wife tried lemon juice on the stains it worked wonders. Had I known this I probably would not have called you. My sister in Sonoma recommended you. Just thought you might be interested. Ron Last name removed

carpets dry quickly and stays clean as long as we are careful to remove our outdoor shoes so as not to drag in residue from the black top.
Carpet Stains always come up and do not return.
Porceline Tile and grout shines and looks new.However, on the last cleaning there are two corners that were overlooked. I do not like to complain but would have appreciated more attention to detail.

Great service and results
I paid $ 700 for a strip and clean of my slate. Apparently my dirt was sealed in the sealer need to be removed. Larry told me it was about a three hour job a lot of work. The guys showed up and we're out in an hour and a half and as far as I can see, the grout lines are still dirty. The guys were very nice and professional but I don't feel like I got my money's worth.
