Please inform people up front of the minimum dollar amount for service and also of the service fee. The cleaning was excellent and I will call again.
I have had zeroez out 3 times to clean our carpets and everytime the person shows up on time clean and the job is done in a very short amount of time. When they leave our carpets look new again even the pet stains are gone. This was Matt's second time at our house and we felt very comfortable with him doing the job. He was informative and gave us some tips on how to deal with any additional pet stains.
Robert Keith did a wonderful job. My carpets are cleaner than I thought they could be! He was polite and friendly.
That you do not use chemical and the represented that you sent to our house was very professional and did a great job.

People I interacted with were great from the phone to Dennis who came to my house. I was a little disappointed that equipment broke while cleaning and Dennis had to come back and I was charged another $15 water fee.

I was not told that there could be no furniture...or that the person cleaning would not let me know that he was ready to clean where the couch was...so I could move it. Instead, they rolled up everything and put hoses in truck and all before I knew they were near done. I wanted the entire carpets cleaned, not just AROUND the living room couch! The ASSUMPTION on his part was that the couches had been there a long time...not entirely true...and HE did not move them to check to make sure, nor ask me to move them so he could be sure...nor ask if it was OK NOT to clean the entire living room (when I PAID for the entire room!) Did not like the attitude of "I don't move furniture"...especially when I was going to do the moving, if ONLY I had been given a chance!
