We were happy with the carpets and rugs that were cleaned but we are very dissatisfied with the couch and love seat that were cleaned. I wanted to wait a couple of days before calling to make sure that what we saw was the final result (I.e. before being cleaned they were soiled in an even pattern. Now there are darker areas of different sizes, the piping on the cushions is still dirty. We feel that the couches look worse now than they did before they were cleaned. I can take a photo and send it to you for you to see if you want but we would like a technician to return and remediate the problem.

Once again, Zeorez came through with flying colors (THANKS, KEITH!) This is the first time I have had the hard wood floors done and now don't know why I waited so long. They look great, as do the carpets that were done the week before. I'll never use anyone else!

My only issue is the price of $240.00 to clean an indoor/outdoor rug which I had only paid 99,00 for at Target. I could have replaced it for less.
