AND ROBERT WAS THE BEST PERSON TO DO MY FLOOR AND RUG EVER FROM YOUR COMPANY OR OTHERS I HAVE USED. HE WORKERED SO HARD ON THE RUG AND FLOOR. Everything snelled fresh and my 24 yr old rug look new.

Everything. I adore Rashad and he continues to be dependable and helpful. He called and came early, as opposed to most companies that show up hours late. The work was excellent and my carpets are clean. I belong to a neighborhood website and posted how great Zerorez is with the phone number.

Cleanliness of Livingston (I presume). He is a real pro and a great salesman. You do get the job done right the fist time. You do, although, need to get the transmission cooler line fixed in his van, left 1/2 qt of trans fluid in the street.

Your company have a great product and leave carpets SUPER CLEAN. Your drivers are always prompt, courteous, very professional.

Scheduling was a nightmare. Proper management of appointments is crucial to a business. My appointment was from 10-12pm, then was pushed to 2-3pm, I did not receive my service until 6:30pm

I was given incorrect information on the telephone when I scheduled and paid for my service. I was told the service provider could clean my marble counter top; unfortunately when the service provider arrived I was told this company only cleans granite. He was not able to perform the service that had been purchased and I felt like I was defrauded. On the up side, at least the service provider was very pleasant and polite.
