Every person that has come out to my home, and this was the third time, are polite, respectful and do their very best. I just had my sofa and loveseat cleaned and it was great.
Of course your cleaning services are top notch, my carpet is always left looking spotless as well as feeling and smelling so fresh. But just as important, your technicians are not only great at taking care of my carpet issues, but they rank 100% in my book of having excellent character. I've had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez for a number of years now, and each technician you send is someone I feel very comfortable with and trusting of having in my home.

The products are great but I am really pleased with the customer service. Our technician was wonderful. He explained how the process worked and it made me feel better about using Zerorez over another company. The less chemicals and synthetics, the better.
how clean my carpets get...Wish it wasn't so expensive
The floor is way cleaner than my sad attempts with a mop but it has a residue left over which is why I went with Zerorez in the first place. I can fell it when I'm barefoot. I went over it with a clean wet towel (like I do when I'm done mopping) and it helped.
Dennis was amazing. He explained the whole process and the smell was amazing.The carpets look beautiful and feel good on the feet. Anybody that can get the amount of dog hair we have out of the carpet is a superstar to me. I will definently recommend Zerorez to all my friends!

I feel like my carpet is really clean. This last time it was pretty soiled and Eduardo got it looking good. The carpet is 20 years old but once it is cleaned it looks a lot newer (yes, there are some of the stubborn traffic patters you would expect on an old carpet, but he did a great job. Very nice man, very polite.

the guy who came was professional and did a good job. but my husband was an alcoholic and it bothered me that your guy smelled like he'd been drinking.
We were very happy with your service technician, Brett. He came out to my father's house last month. He was very polite and did a great job for him! When it was time to get my carpets and bathroom tile grout cleaned, I requested Brett again. He did a great job for us, too!! The carpets and tile look pretty close to "new."
