Clean carpet
Not very affordable. Each add on was very expensive, so the extra things I would have had done was out of my reach. This was done yesterday and today my house smells like dirty socks. The technician started warning me before he started that my spots could come back, & if we called he would have to charge us to come back & treat it again. It felt like he was setting us up for a job not well done.
I just love the lack of residue left after the clean. Buy more of the big trucks!

I use the urine spray and although i think it has potential it never really gets the smell out. I dont know if the technician needs to put more but when you pay extra for it they need to be generous.
I like that you don't use shampoo or detergent.

Sal,was a great help,in making suggestions and he is very polite. He was very clean in preparing my house to bring in the hoses. Once the job was done he went over the areas he completed and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Which I didn't. My carpets and rug looks great. Thank you Sal.
Your representative did a very good job. However the price you quoted over the phone which I agreed thinking that was the regular price that upholstery cleaning companies charges. You charges $150 for the sofa where I realized that competitors prices were $75-80 for the sofa. You charged me $75 for the side chair and competitors prices were $30-40. I regret that I agreed to the overpriced company like you and wouldn't call you again for any job at my house and wouldn't recommend.

Didn't realize how bad my hardwood floors were. Dennis did again a great job they look beautiful. Won't make the mistake of using waxey products again. Now all my floors are clean for the holidays! Great service, great company!
