The technician was pleasant but when I asked about a few spots on my carpet he was less than receptive to offer any type of resolution. He did not offer to try to reclean the spot.
I have the same areas cleaned each time and I have never been told that the grout on my tile could be cleaned. It has always looked wonderful after it has been cleaned. This time it did not appear to be as clean- the technician spent very little time on it.
Where I will still use Zerorez in the future I would like it noted in my account that I do not want the same technician again (his name was Matt)

Our carpet is very clean and revived. The operator was very professional and did a thorough job.

We have one problem, however. We have a Life Gear Inversion Table in our master bedroom that my wife uses every day and relies on to relieve back pain etc. Our operator took it apart and left it dissembled. We cannot figure how to get it back together the way it was. We can't locate the owners manual and we don't know where to turn for help in getting it operational again. She needs this machine desperately. Can you suggest how we can get this reassembled correctly?
