Great results, and a knowledgeable worker.

The serviceman did an excellent job of stretching the loose carpet, took gentle care with furniture that was not moved, and left the carpet looking like new after the cleaning. We definitely will call Zerorez back for other services.

I have used Zeroez for many different types of flooring surfaces over the year-- carpet, tile, and this time, wood. Previously, I had always been pleased with the outcome as the products used did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and tile. However, this last/recent experience was disappointing. While the 'plain' water used to clean my wood floor did get up surface dirt, it did not get up the deep dirt. The service person was very friendly and told me he could not use a stronger product, other than the plain water and the floor was as clean as he could get it. The problem was, it still was not clean and it was obvious. I mentioned to him an orange and oxygen product I had used in the past with just a mop and cleaned the deeper dirt. The oxygen and orange product does need to sit on the floor for 2 minutes before mopping with medium pressure (probably no pressure had I owned a scrubber like his). Was this round of dirt out of my product's reach- no. After the service person left, since I already had all of my furniture and items moved out of the way, I sprayed an small sample high traffic, ground in dirty area and waited two minutes. With a damp mop and medium pressure, the dirt came up and was gone. I then finished doing the rest of the dirty areas, most in the high traffic area and all dirt came up. So, while I would recommend Zerorez for carpet and tile, the company does not seem equipped to deal with wooden floors and likely should not offer to do them until it has a product that can do the job; like the oxygen and orange.

Honest, followed up on what you said you would do. The technician DID call to give me updates on his arrival which helped us plan our time accordingly. A refreshing change from so many broken promises from other companies in the service business.... Additionally, the technician was pleasant, courteous, and accommodating in doing an excellent job on the carpet! Thank you....
That it's non toxic & no reside
Robert was very pleasant, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The carpet looks much better than I thought possible. The carpet was dry within a few hours.

When my carpet dried, it was crunchy and a Little bit hard. There definitely was some residue on the carpet. I hired you guys previously, and the carpet was very soft and clean up after it dried. This time, it was not. I called on April 28 and let Debbie know. Somebody was supposed to call me back on Monday, May 1. Nobody called me back. When I interacted with you before, you guys had great customer service. However, this time you guys didn't follow through. I am disappointed.

Love the alkaline water, no residue. Cleans my carpets better than any other company; and I have used many. The service is excellent! Our representative was polite, careful and conscientious. I will not use any other carpet cleaning service.

I was told over the phone after I explained the blackness in the carpet in the living room where the couch was this included the hall way and master bedroom that no matter how dirty the areas were that the type of specialized water being used will get the carpets cleaned. Your service did not clean the areas to acceptable standards. I had to have the living room, hall way and master bedroom carpets replaced. I was given the impression over the phone that your services will clean the carpets. So I gave you a try. I will be more than happy to try again in the future because I believe in a second opportunity.
