no harsh chemicals and what is truely amazing is how the vacumn attach gets up to the edge of the carpet right against our walls...never been so clean but again using Chem Dry only in the past they are limited with the circular pads to begin with...

I really like the idea of not using chemicals in my home and your product takes out stains without leaving residues so I am sold!

The upholstery cleaning didn't get the couch as clean as I hoped. But I was happy there was no smell residue and it dried quickly.
I would recommend zerorez for carpet more likely than upholstery.

The one spot that we needed cleaned due to cat urine, still smells right at the spot. If the door is shut to the room and when you open it you can still smell it, then you bend down at the spot and you can tell that is where the smell is coming from. The rest of the carpet is fine. The tech said he had used a spot cleaner for it but I guess it wasn't good enough.

I'm still not convinced that with a few minutes longer the tech couldn't have gotten more dirt out of our carpet...he seemed to kind of just brush off the question when asked.

High end (powerful) equipment used

I like the fact no chemicals are used and I like that I always get the same technician.

I realize that 'traffic' areas do not come as clean as the rest of the carpet....but these areas on our carpet DO NOT look like they have even been cleaned. A neighbor came over the day after we had Zerorez out and she noticed these areas right away. We have had other carpet cleaning companies services before and the 'traffic' areas looked clean at least for several days. If you look at our carpet it doesn't even look like it has been cleaned.
To make things right...send someone out to try and clean these specific areas again. But not the same worker.

The service is excellent. Mike is very knowledgeable and pleasant. He also went out of his way to help us with a few issues regarding cat and dog stains.
