I love Zerorez and have used them since my carpet was installed over 17 years ago. I asked my technician if he thought that I could get another year or so out of my carpet (there are no wrinkles, seems are all tight, just traffic pattern wear) and he said "yes - you could go several more years". To be honest, that wasn't quite what I wanted to hear as I keep putting it off due to the immense amount of work needed to clear out the rooms for the new carpet to be laid! BUT - I appreciated his honesty and I truly believe that the reason my carpet still looks so good, and cleans so beautifully, is due to Zerorez. The protectant that I have them put on after the cleaning just seems to get better and better every year. I'm a loyal customer and will continue to be!

Robert the gentleman who cleaned our carpet was a total 10 he did an excellent job I would recommend him all the time .

Initially, we had "SAL" the first time - he performed an outstanding job on our upstairs and downstairs carpets.

Secondly, we had "DANIEL" clean the grout and tile in our entry, hallway, powder room and kitchen areas - another excellent job.

BOTH gentlemen were at our home at the requested time. They were very courteous, neat and careful not to scratch any walls or corners, and performed their work in a timely manner.

Plus, the citrus fragrance left in the air after the work was completed was wonderful - do you happen to have a spray can available for sale? It would make a good deorderizer.
