Simply put, Rashad. I have had 3 Zero Rez "experts". The only one that fits that description is Rashad. I was willing to wait weeks for him to have a Friday availability. Fast, no soppy carpets, when he leaves. Get's the stains out. Expert #1 still had stains when he left. Expert 2. got almost no stains out and left squishy, soppy floors. Aside from being the most disagreeable human ever. Almost gave up on you and the lovely lady who answers your phone did a great sales job and convinced me to try one more time and she sent me Rashad. Always polished, pleasant, professional, to the max, and nothing can beat the job he does. He has done my carpets 3 times and each time was perfection.I

Robert!! He was 100% thorough in his explanations of everything and his work was first rate. He answered all my questions, and was totally courteous and friendly. My carpet was 95% dry by the next morning and that's a first. And it looked great! Still does except for where my chronically sick cat has already had his way with it.

I've already told people about how pleased I am, and won't hesitate to do it again. Robert is responsible for a very happy customer.

I love my clean carpets and your courteous technicians . They were right on time!

Fast, efficient and effective. Removed "pet" stains left by previous professionals. And the stains stayed "gone." Old carpets look new again.

My cleaner was great- he was friendly and helpful, thoughtful about his work, and did a great job in general. I am not sure yet, however, that your product actually eliminated the odor from my carpet. It still has a subtle animal odor to it (was cleaned over 48 hours ago). I have had fans drying the area, which still feels damp and smells a bit. I would therefore say that it was too early to send the survey- I don't think I'll be certain for another day or two at the earliest whether the odor is resolved.

I've used your company in the past and was very happy with the quality and how much faster the carpets dried. Repeat customer this time and again same result. One recommendation, if there is a curtain that touches the carpet, please tell owner to pull back or tie it and tell owner. My upstairs curtain was absorbing the moisture from the cleaning . It was silk.

How clean my carpet is without the residue. I also like the ease of making the appointment and the professional tech that cleaned my carpet.

there was a flaw in the service because of the timing and they were not able to arrive at the date or appointment time. When they did arrive two days later they were on time and I was very happy with not only the price but with the technician who was very friendly and provided a professional service. I will for sure call them again and recommend them very highly.
