Our day's schedule was critical, in that we arranged trash pickup providers to come later in the morning, we hired someone to take the major furniture we were removing to the curb, we timed the Zerorez to clean the BAMBOO HARDWOOD FLOOR before the new furniture would be moved in. Zerorez was very late and the man who arrived was told we had a STONE FLOOR that needed cleaning. Quite honestly, he seemed to have no idea of what he was doing.
The previous time we had Zerorez we were very pleased. This time, obviously, not so much.

We bought a house with white carpet. After moving in, doing some remodeling it was dirty. In addition we have two german shepherds who shed. Our white carpet did not look white anymore. After Sal came and cleaned the carpet it looked like new again. Couldn't be happier with the service and the results.
The team that showed up were professional all the way. They had a failure of one of the hoses and had a replacement brought out and they were good to go to complete the job on time.
Our 17 year old carpets look like new! We have a German Sheperd who only has accidents on the carpet. Our stairs are high traffic areas and looked dirty. All of the stains and dirt were removed. Previously we had another company come to clean the carpets and the pet stains were not removed. The technician was courtious, friendly, and let us know when he would arrive. Best of all he didn't change the price from which I was quoted. I feel the price was right as well. I have already recommended to several people how impressed we are.
