We recently had our carpet cleaned and some discoloration appeared that I have not noticed before surfaced after our carpet dried. The representative listened to me with care and scheduled an appointment for the technician to return without an additional charge. Brian, the technician, came out and cleaned the area again. I love that that that the technician always shows up on time and even gives me and called to let me know they are on their way. The carpets always look great when the job is done. The Technician treats my house as if it was their own and always does a fabulous job. Zerorez is the best.

You are reliable and show up for the appointment. If there is a delay, enough notice is given to make some adjustments in my schedule to accommodate. Excellent work and very little residual smell. Carpets dry quickly.
