Well this was the first time I used your services but I am very pleased with the carpets and upholstery cleaning I had done. Everything turned out great and the house smells fresh. Your technician was very friendly and kept me informed on his time of arrival.
The technician was on time and professional. He answered my questions about tile cleaning before starting as I had never used that service. The carpet and tile look great!

Ease of scheduling. Daniel made a great impression upon arrival. He was neat, introduced himself, and smiled. He called in advance of arriving, examined areas to be cleaned to ensure a complete job, explained treatment methods, and estimated time to completion. He answered all my questions and possessed a wealth of information about carpet care and cleaning. I didn't look forward to an inconvenience of leaving the house for a day while the carpet dried, but that wasn't the case. There were areas I could stay in, and booties you provided allowed me walk on carpet as needed. Carpet looks as new as the day they were installed. Thank you.

The technician that came was very friendly, explained the process and did his thing. The carpet was left clean with the exception of a couple of spots on the stair landing (not a deal breaker). The carpet smells and looks CLEAN and it dried in 5 hours. Amazing!! To say the least I am very happy and will be using you again.
Great job! Pet stains and dirt from heavy traffic areas in my carpeting gone! Ceramic tile kitchen floor came out beautifully. We tried everything to clean that floor, but only Zerorez made it happen. Both the carpeting and floor look like new. Zerorez also cleaned three pieces of furniture for us. They too came out looking great. I will definitely continue to use this company in the future.
Zeroez always does an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I have a 15 year old carpet that looks like brand new after they are done and they stay looking good much longer than any of the other services I've tried.

On time and did job as promised
This is twice now that I have used Zerorez, once in San Diego County, and once in Riverside County. Both times have been great, quick, and carpets have ended up really, really clean.

A difference I noticed between yesterday's cleaning and the service of previous companies we've used was the carpet wall edges - they were all cleaned so well. In general the cleaning was good but the technician missed a couple spots. There was a strip of dirt left next to the door and a couple light spots left. I thought about calling to have them redone, but I didn't want to deal with the whole saving parking for the van and getting my animals out of the way, etc. He took a lot less time than the previous technician had taken, so I wondered if her was as thorough. I still prefer to use zerorez but wish the technician would take a little more time just to be thorough.
Service was prompt, technician very friendly I. like the cleaning without chemicals since I have dogs. Use fist name only.
