We have been so pleased with the service we have had with Zerorez. We have old carpet but good quality carpet. It has developed traffic patterns over the years which seemed to get more difficult to deal with as time went on. Alex, the Zerorez service technician, did a fantastic job cleaning and restoring our carpet to "like new" condition. He was very courteous, and made sure we knew exactly what the process was, inquired about the "type" of carpet he was cleaning prior, to ensure he used the proper techniques. A great job!!

Every technician does a great job of making sure my carpet looks and feels great and every technician that's come to my home has been very polite, thorough in their explanation of what they are going to do, and arrives on time. I feel the service is a bit pricey, so some better specials would be greatly appreciated.
