In general the cleaning was good but the technician missed a couple spots. There was a strip of dirt left next to the door and a couple light spots left. I thought about calling to have them redone, but I didn't want to deal with the whole saving parking for the van and getting my animals out of the way, etc. He took a lot less time than the previous technician had taken, so I wondered if her was as thorough. I still prefer to use zerorez but wish the technician would take a little more time just to be thorough.

I love that that that the technician always shows up on time and even gives me and called to let me know they are on their way. The carpets always look great when the job is done. The Technician treats my house as if it was their own and always does a fabulous job. Zerorez is the best.

You are reliable and show up for the appointment. If there is a delay, enough notice is given to make some adjustments in my schedule to accommodate. Excellent work and very little residual smell. Carpets dry quickly.
