The fact that Zerorez does not use chemicals is very important to me. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable.

We like the idea of no soapy chemicals in the cleaning, but what about the presoak spray?
There is no soap residue to attract future dirt so my carpets stay clean longer!

We have SUPER OLD WHITE carpet (17+ years) in our yet to be remodeled living and dining room/family room, and with 2 cats, 2 boys and a husband that never remember to take their shoes off (not including the cats...but they make their own messes) and construction going on in other arts of our house, it gets looking pretty ratty, and each time we have had your techs in for the last 3 years, we tell them it will be the last time as we will be tearing it out, but they have it looking so good when they leave, it seems we can go another year...or three (hopefully not much more...). The techs are courteous, friendly and professional and do a great job. I always recommend Zerorez to all my friends!

I like the use of alkaline water for cleaning so there are no soap or chemical residues. Our carpets and upholstery looked great after our cleaning. Brian did a nice job.
I freaked when I realized what it meant to have bought a white carpet considering I have dogs, a bird, go to a ranch daily and hike bringing in dirt daily. Twenty=two years later I have the same white carpet thanks to Zerorez.
