First of all - we had a super courteous technician. I waited 4 days to review the cleaning job just to see if our spots & traffic area dirt re-appeared. So far, the carpet is actually clean! That's never happened before! With traditional soap and water cleaning companies I found that the soiled areas looked as though they'd never been cleaned or treated. So I highly recommend Zerorez. Thanks.

Zerorez always cleans my carpets completely. I had used competing companies for years and were satisfied with their work. I tried Zerorez just to see how they compared and found out that my carpets stayed cleaner twice as long than other carpet cleaners. I will never go back. Zerorez employees are professional, polite and careful with my furnishings. Robert was the last Zerorez employer to clean my carpet. He was professional, efficient and helpful with suggestions on maintaining the cleanliness of the carpets.

Carpets look great
Zerorez cleaning makes even our 30+ year old carpets look great! We don’t use anyone else. The difference between Zerorez and soap or steam cleaning is like night and day.
We have pets and the carpet always looks amazing after there are cleaned. We have used zerorez for a few years now and I will not use any other carpet cleaning company now that I have had zerorez. I always recommend them to friends and my family.

He was unable to clean my two chairs (turns out they require drycleaning)
He spent 50 minutes cleaning my sofa, which doesn't really look any cleaner, and I paid $344.

You cancelled the first appointment we made in October because the time was inconvenient for you. You said something about the fire (Canyon 2) Then we made another appointment this month and you tried THREE times to reschedule it. You said you had a gap between appointments and wanted to know if you could come earlier. I repeat, you tried to get us to change three times. The technician did a good job when he arrived but your scheduling department is very inefficient. If we make an appointment and it is confirmed then you should not try to change it. We work; we have a baby and we can't just change times just because it suits your schedule better.
