I am so impressed on how clean my carpets are! I had hoped for the best, but the results went way above my expectations!!!! Our tech Alex was so great. He listened to some of my concerns and told me that I would be suprised and very happy with the results. Alex is one of those employees who actually cares about the job he does. Our technician, Rashad Jordan, is always so good. He's friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
The cleaning was ok for the most part, but not as good as I hoped. A spill/stain of "bubble blowing fluid" is still visible. And the traffic area or walk way still dirty looking and streaked in the den. I realize these areas are difficult.

Charging people a water treatment fee is like the other guys charging for using soap. When was the last time you went to the car wash and were charged a water softening and soap fee?!
You are very expensive, at least double the other carpet cleaners. $150 for a love seat with 4' of seating space and $200 for a sofa with 6' of seating space. That compares to $185 with the other guys for BOTH the love seat and sofa.
For just another hot water extraction cleaning I just think you're too expensive.
Won't do it again, and I'll pass the word along to my friends. Sorry.
