My rugs do not at all look clean. I see No improvement whatsoever. I was told by the gentleman who came to our house and "cleaned" the rugs that on Tuesday's you offer free pick up if I wanted to have them sent to your facility to be cleaned, but now I am being told that you charge $35 to pick up and $35 to deliver and you're also going to charge me AGAIN to clean the same rugs. I'm very disappointed in your cleaning service as well as your customer service. If you stand by your product, then you should make this right without charging me and inconveniencing me.
I called ahead and told the person about my rug cleaning needs. They stated they could come pick them up and bring them back cleaned. When the technician got to my home they said it would be better to have one of the rugs cleaned and the other cleaned in my home when they came back to drop off the cleaned rug. I explained I was hosting a party on the 7th, and needed the whole job done by then. The technician told me they would be back on 11/27 between 12-2pm to deliver my rug and clean my others. I made all my plans around this event, and when I called in on the 27th, the person answering the phones stated my order for the in home service was not even scheduled, and that the delivery was not happening until the 28th. I will not be home the 28th, and cant receive the rug. no deliveries are made outside of Tues., so now I have to go pick up my rug and bring it back to my home on my own. Also, I now do not have time to get my other rugs cleaned, and will have to find someone else to do them. I don't think I should have to pay full price on this cleaning, and should receive a discount for the inconvenience.

The first time Zerorez cleaned our carpet we got the refillable 12 bottle of powder and we were told we would be able to get it refilled for no charge, which was true until last week. We have listed the house for sale and we wanted to treat the "game trail" pathway of travel from one room to another for appearance sake when brokers bring clients through, before having Z out for the final cleaning after we move out and no furniture etc. is in the house. I called last week and talked to a woman who said they could mail one out, then she found that a Zerorez tech would be in the area on Thursday and would stop by. Excellent. After the tech stopped by and filled the bottle, he said I would be receiving an invoice for ten dollars for the refill. What? Yes. The woman said nothing to me about that and what happened to the refill policy? If I wanted to charge for refills I would tell and do that for new customers, not existing customers who were told the bottle could be refilled if a tech were in the area.

Carpets were so clean! Technician was quick and thorough. It was great to have the carpet protectant and deodorizer available.
The service man was extremely nice and seemed to really know/understand the product and the best way to clean my carpets. I appreciated him being clean and on time. He seemed to be truly concerned that he complete a satisfactory job for our home.

Friendly and professional. Left booties to wear until carpet dries. Carpet dried within 12 hr period. White carpet was clean and bright.
