I am very pleased with the work. Daniel was very friendly and did a fantastic job. My tile and carpet look like new. Love it!!
The living room was done correctly. The sectional, hallway, master bedroom were all mediocre at best.

Juan did an excellent job. He was late due to the fact that his last job did not get the rooms prepared for cleaning. I would suggest the when jobs are booked, customers are reminded to clear the decks for action I hope that I will always get Juan when I have my carpets cleaned.

Zerorez is very effective for stain removal! Our carpets are wonderfully clean and look SO much brighter! I almost wouldn’t let the kids walk and play on the carpets again. (Lol)

The actual product is superb. But the amazing part of the service after several years with Zerorez is the personality and customer service provided by technicians. They are professional, competent and very personable.
The tech was very competent, professional and thorough (I think his name is Alex). The rugs are very clean and we're happy with the price of $199.
