Robert Keith did my rugs. This is the second time that he has done my rugs and He is one of the best technician that you have. He has does an excellent job both times. I try to ask for him when I need to get the carpets clean and sometimes I can't get him cause he is training someone and I get really disappointed. This technician is the best.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I cannot reach by phone!! Even at reasonable hours like 10 am and 3 pm I get your music re or ding and telling me I am next in line and after waiting many many. Inutes I still am being told the same thing!! This is ridiculous business practice !

Use equipment that does not leave deep track marks on carpet that are difficult to get rid of with repeated vacuuming.

My carpets and sofa were beautifully cleaned with minimal odor and the solution dries within a short period of time. Daniel took precautions to protect items not being cleaned, such as the wood floors. He was prompt for the appointment and a finished within a reasonable time. He is also very polite and courteous. The product and service work and to have Brett familiar with our unit from prior visits makes a difference. To have a tech with the company for almost 10 Years matters to the customer.

each time i've used zerorez i have been completely satisfied. The one time I wasn't years ago I called them and told them I was dissatisfied and they came back out and repeated the rug cleaning. This was in Oceanside at a rental unit l am part owner of. Ever since that time I always use them to do my cleaning. They clean furniture really well also. I just had my couch cleaned and it was quite dirty. It is old and hadn't ever been cleaned. I'm going to have then come again and do my other two chairs. The people who come out are always nice and someone you feel you can trust. Very respectful.

Senior Technician Rashad Jordan was extraordinary in his meticulous and painstaking vacuuming and cleaning of my heavily soiled carpeting and upholstery. I was amazed that he left everything looking brand new. I was thrilled that I selected Zerorez for the job !! Thank you !!
