I have yet to be unhappy for any reason and have been using Zerorez for many years. Sal was excellent and I felt as though he would spend any amount of time it took to be certain of my satisfaction. Gratefully, I was worked in for a last minute need and the schedule was busy at Christmas. I appreciated that so very much!

Brett did a wonderful and thorough job on all our floors. The grout in my bathroom was like new! I have used Zerorez for years and would not think of using any other carpet cleaner.
Forgot to leave me some spot cleaner
We contacted ZeroRez to clean the carpets in our new house prior to our move. The cleaning service provided was quick and effective. The ZeroRez technician was very knowledgeable about getting out stains in the carpet and also advised on cleaning our kitchen tile floors. It only took about an hour to clean our two bedrooms and stairs. Dry time was also very quick, and we were given a supply of paper booties to help us with keeping the carpets clean as we moved in. I would definitely use ZeroRez again the next time I need my carpets or hard floors cleaned.
The representative was polite, detailed oriented and completed the job to our satisfaction. We have used other services over the years and we were amazed how quickly he was done and how fast the carpets dried. He mentioned you also do grout cleaning and explained the pricing and process.
