I like the process of zerorez using their proprietary water cleaning system. It keeps my carpet clean for a longer time.

The following is our experience with our Zerorez service today: they were on time, cleaning was excellent, technicians were pleasant, very comfortable about having them in my home and I will use Zerorez again as well as refer them to others.

This is my first time using Zerorez but it will not be my last. I am totally satisfied with the cleaning of my carpets and hardwood floor. Matt, your technician, presented himself very professionally and gave me some very valuable tips on keeping my carpets and wood floors clean. He showed up on time and finished within the time frame he estimated for me.

I will definitely refer zerorez to my friends and family.

Excellent job. Able to make my carpets look like brand new. The last company I used did not even come close to removing the stains and dirt that was removed by Zeroez. I was about to replace my carpet, not anymore. Zeroez's cleaning technology is far superior then anything else out there.

Eduardo was very professional. He did a great job getting up pet stains. I felt very badly that he had to drive home to Norwalk on a Friday afternoon. Next time, please schedule me when traffic is light. Eduardo did not complain but I grew up in Downey so I know the traffic challenges.

Once again Zerorez did a great job! The technician was professional, friendly, and honest! He was able to take care of some bad juice stains in our Sanctuary carpet. We will always use Zerorez for both our commercial and residential needs!!

Well, I like my local Zerorez in Laguna Niguel. All the people that come out to clean our carpet do a good job, put corner bumbers, are polite and do a good job.
We needed our marble restored after 15 years of not restoring, just trying to keep it clean. It got to the point we just could not get it shiney anymore.
Robert Keith came to do the job we have needed for so long! He is very professional and polite. He taped off all the carpet areas and made sure nothing would get wrecked from his job. He was at our house from about 11am to 6pm-constantly working hard. He didn't stand around and talk and we really appreciated it. He did explain all the techinical issues of what he was doing for me before my husband got home and I was able to understand it very well. This was our 2018 present! My husband got home and we could not believe how beautiful our old mable could look! So shiney the dreaded dull marks were grounded out. I can't stop looking at how good it looks! It was all around a pleasurable experience to have Robert do this. He's a keeper...

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My couch has dark streaking stains from the cleaning. I requested a supervisor to return to clean the couch again. I hope the stains come out of the couch. It looks worse than it did before the cleaning. I'm very unhappy with the results of the cleaning.
