Jeff was very friendly and professional. He was able to get stains and smells out of my carpet that had been there for years.
Most importantly, the Zerorez process got out the deep down dirt in the carpet that always finds its way into the room air. I have asthma, and the dust makes it worse. Within hours of Jeff finishing up, I felt a noticeable improvement in the air quality in y houseand lessening of asthma symptoms.

First of all your technicians all speak good English so communication is easy. They do a fabulous job! My carpet looks beautiful! I never use anything other than Zero Rez. Brian was my technician. He was great!
I like that we have had the same technician now for the last several times we have used Zerorez. Our technician is fast, efficient and thorough. We have never used before for tile and grout cleaning and was pleasantly surprised at how great the cleaning job was. Another plus is that the technician always calls to give a time frame of when he will arrive within our given window of time.

Soap doesn't build up in my carpets and the protectant helps them stay cleaner. I don't have my rugs cleaned as often. The price is reasonable. The man who provided the service was friendly and cooperative.

I'm usually very satisfied with the tile cleaning done at my house. This most recent visit I didn't feel that the tile ended up as clean as in the past.
Also, our scheduled time was 8 - 10 am. Tech arrived about 8:50 am. I realize that is in the window of time promised but it seems like the first job of the day at 8 am would start at 8 am. I have 4 grandkids living with me now and timing is important as a result.
That's all. I will continue to use Zerorez.

The technician Jorge Martinez did an excellent job. I had several areas that were bad and Jorge really made a special point to work on those and they look so much better. I give him a 10+ !!
