The product appeared to clean very well without any sort of synthetic smell. Looks fantastic!
I’ve used Zerorez before and was impressed. However, this time I could tell almost immediately that I was not going to be pleased with the result. The carpet felt crunchy after it dried and it doesn’t look as clean as it has on previous cleanings. I’m not talking about hard core stains just areas of heavy traffic areas and dark shaded areas. The carpet is 6 years old.
I don’t have a suggestion on what you could do to make things right. I’m not looking forward to spending another day waitingat home for my appointment . Or another day of preparing the rooms for it. Or another day waiting for it to dry after the cleaning . I will more than likely just live with it until the next time I get it cleaned.
I like that the technician, Michael called when he was on his way, i like he arrived well within the appointment window, I liked he was genuinely interested in doing a great job ( which he did) and he left the place immaculate. thank you Jeff and Michael.

I really liked that you used alkaline water instead of detergents and soaps like other companies. Also, it dried really fast.

Jorge the tech was very good. However, When I initially called and set an appointment with the CSR it was set I received my price and received my instructions. I removed all my furniture from the kitchen and bedrooms and waited for the tech to arrive. Well that time came and went. When I called as to time of arrival, I was told that there was no record of me call and asked if I had called the wrong number. I advised the person I called the number on your website!!!! I initially was going to make the appointment on line but then called on the phone. A person had even called back because I had not completed the on line appointment. I told him I did it over the phone. When I spoke to this CSR she said she heard the phone and I had said I did not want any service. HOW IS I MADE THE APPOINTMENT OVER THE PHONE TRANSLATED INTO I DIDN'T WANT THE SERVICE!!!!!!!
I only rescheduled because I had all my furniture outside and I had used this company prior and was happy with everything then. Yes, as you can tell I am still upset. when my friends had asked how the cleaning went I told them about what transpired. They replied "yeah that is typical for businesses". I certainly hope you don't/won't fall into that category but none the less I was not a happy camper.
We really like the way Zerorez cleans our carpet! It looks fresh and clean and smells clean. We have already recommended Zerorez to others. When they clean our carpet, it looks like new for years.
We have been using Zerorez for 10 or 12 years.
They use no soapy residue so they leave no soapy residue.

The difference in Zerorez and my former cleaning company is light night & day! The work is thorough, doesn't take forever to dry, and the technician takes care not to nick furniture when doing the cleaning.
