All the spots reappeared. I normally pay $150 to have my carpets cleaned, I paid doubled because people raved about Zerorez, I didn’t notice any difference. In fact my realtor came today and asked me when the carpets were going to be cleaned. My house cleaner vacuumed up a full bin of dirt from my Dyson and showed me. Therefore the carpet is still dirty. I can not recommend you to anyone, nor use you again.

I liked that Darren, the Technician who performed the work, called 20 minutes before arriving (as promised), arrived on time, was friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets and runner. I love that Zerorez does not leave soap or other residue in the carpets - they feel soft and clean once dry.

The reason I usually use Zeroez is because I don't like chemicals. I never get the feeling that chemicals are being used when and everything smells so clean and fresh when completed

Fast, friendly, on time and the end result was far better than traditional carpet cleaning methods. It seems very hard to feel like you've gotten good value when paying for any service these days, I couldn't have felt better about my experience with Zerorez. The service was amazing!!!! The tech, Michael, did a fantastic and "very thorough" cleaning of my carpet and upholstery!!! Honestly the carpet had so many spots in it that I was not sure that it would come clean and was very surprised that it is now spot free and soft to the touch. As I have had previous cleanings from other companies that left the carpet feeling very stiff once it dried. I am truly impressed with Zerorez and highly recommend this service to anyone who wants their carpet to look, feel, and smell clean! Thanks Zerorez and Michael for a perfect 1st time experience with your company!!!
First of all I had to point out that he had not cleaned the carpet by the front door or the alcove by the front door.
When I went to put back everything I noticed he had not cleaned underneath the one table that was left in the living room. I had taken out all the furniture except piano and an old Victrola and he did not clean under the Victrola.
Also I was a little disappointed at the fact that he did not show up until 2 o’clock. The timeframe was from 12 to 2 but I guess I expect a little bit better time. Next time I’ll ask for an earlier time frame. Lessons learned.

Hard sales pitch from your rep when he got here. Wanted to charge additional for the service requested and I was quoted on. He called Larry and went back and forth. I asked to speak to Larry. He was quite rude, but eventually agreed to charge me what I was quoted in the first place. Matt, who did the cleaning, was cordial and professional. He worked hard but, I don't know if you've changed your product, the end result was not satisfactory, as it always had been in the past. No longer a good value for the money and I certainly don't want to be treated with the rudeness Larry treated me.
