I'm usually very satisfied with the tile cleaning done at my house. This most recent visit I didn't feel that the tile ended up as clean as in the past.

Also, our scheduled time was 8 - 10 am. Tech arrived about 8:50 am. I realize that is in the window of time promised but it seems like the first job of the day at 8 am would start at 8 am. I have 4 grandkids living with me now and timing is important as a result.

That's all. I will continue to use Zerorez.

Jorge was the "Best". Live in Temescal Valley, on time and very professional. The original pricing on line was more than I had paid for my previous home in the OC that was 2500 sq feet. I deceived to give it a try since I'm new to the IE. He took his time, made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and if anything showed up once dry, would be at my home immediately.
Can't say enough about Jorge; he is the best!!
