Robert provided excellent service, being on time, giving us advance call, very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going to be done and what the expectations are, At the end, he also took the time to demo cleaning of our wood flooring. We are going to be a return customer to have the wood flooring done.

How clean and efficient their services are and if there are any problems, they listen and rectify them.
Technicians are courteous and professional. They take great care to cover floors, staircase and wall corners to protect them from cleaning hoses as they travel from room to room. The prep solution has a nice, clean scent and best of all, my carpets come really clean. I make a point to have my carpets cleaned once a year and I prefer Zero Rez over all others.
I have always been pleased with the great job Zerorez does for me. I mostly appreciate how environmentally-friendly your products are.

Well, I am including four pictures of stains that were not on the carpet prior to cleaning, but showed up, not on the day of cleaning, but on Friday when the carpet fully dried. We used the booties, and socks no shoes, however, you can see it doesn't seem to help. You could send someone out to see if the stains can be corrected. I will have to send the pictures in another e mail, since I can't upload anything to this response.
The service was outstanding. I received a call prior to the technician's arrival. He was courteous, professional and quickly set up the equipment. He completed the work in approximate 1.5 hours and was out of the house quickly.
I appreciated his punctuality and his efficiency. The carpets look great and I will not hesitate to use the service again.
