Robert Keith has come to our home to clean our rugs & carpet annually for over the past 5 years. We have used Zerorez annually for the last 10 year to clean our rugs & carpets. Not only do we think the Zerorez process you use is the best (and we have tried many others over the years), but Robert Keith is the best operator we have ever encountered. We will continue to request him again next year and may have him come back in a month or two to do our tile floors as well.

Everything....clean, fast, and love the technician

I used zerorez for the first time about a week ago. We have new carpet in our home a I didn't want to use a harsh chemicals, or any type of chemicals. Jorge Martinez came to my home and explained to me how zerorez is different. I was impressed with his work and his attention to detail. I will be using Jorge from zerorez again.

Good service. Carpet was extremely dirty in high traffic areas but came out sparkling. We were all amazed.
