The carpets are really clean and they stay clean for a long time

I used to rave about Zerorez -- their service reps, how hard they worked, how clean they left my carpets, how the spots didn't come back. Because of this, it did not bother me to pay almost double what I used to pay my old carpet cleaning company. That all changed yesterday with "Matt". Sure, he was friendly enough, but soon after starting he disappeared for about 20 minutes. When I went to look for him, I noticed he was using my bathroom and had been there all this time -- I completely understand he needed to use the bathroom, but it rubbed me the wrong way that he would help himself without asking, and disappear without telling me. The rest of his work was sloppy, cleaning some areas well and others not at all. After he left, I noticed areas that were completely dry -- and the most visible and trafficked area, the staircase and landing, still had visible stains! This had never happened with your company before, but I have to admit this last experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I called your company to have someone come back on Monday -- I specifically requested it not be Matt.
Brian is wonderful -- he is an excellent technician and knows his business so well which then translates into doing good work. He's personable, professional and diligent. He's my favorite technician -- I raved about him before he left for neck surgery! Thanks Brian!

There were spots remaining on sofa cushion and the white rug seemingly wasn't as clean as hoped.

Carpets look amazing. The technician was very helpful and professional. The carpets dryed perfectly.
I have a dog and a spouse who will not remove his shoes in my almost white carpeted house. Zerorez makes it look brand new every time! All stains gone. SHoe covers always offered and encouraged till dry carpeting. Zerorez staff polite and on-time with arrival. I have Brett Spence come (from Irvine office, I believe) each time. Stains & dirt still on cushions of couch. Another cleaning product removed more dirt, do not yet know abt stains.
