Child and pet friendly cleaning agents, odorless. Serviceman was very professional and friendly, he called the evening before to confirm the time slot, then called the following morning 30 minutes before he arrived. He was thorough in inspecting the areas to be cleaned and asked about some of the stained areas. He gave us a complete breakdown of the pricing which actually turned out less than we had been quoted. Carpets look great, I highly recommend Zerorez.
I like the fact that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals. Also, the technicians are punctual and polite.

I appreciate that the Zerorez approach is not chemical based as most deep cleaner/disinfectants are. Our upholstery looks great and the tiles looked nice. We’ve used Zerorez before and we’ll use them again.

I like the idea of not using harsh chemicals on my rugs. I’ve used the company before and will again.
I really like that it is a safe product for my family.
We have used Zerorez previously, however this time we were a bit disappointed. It seemed that more time could have been spent in extracting the water. It took over 24 hours for some parts of the carpet to dry. I had spent a great deal of effort and time 'prepping' the areas we wanted cleaned with removing furniture other than three couchs, so the areas were clear for access. I showed representative the areas needing attention and after he left I had to go back over a couple of those spots myself as they were not addressed as well as they could have been. We felt the previous service was done better.
Discuss a few new options once you arrive. Once you’re there you see the problems and areas that need attention. After you’ve cleaned we see additional problems.
