Great service...bryan went above and beyond to make sure i was happy

I was excited to try Zerorez because I have heard good things and because of what I read especially about the high traffic areas as this is a problem for us. The tech didn't really seem confident and needed me to show him the stairs...? I had left in the note the carpet was pretty dirty. It had been about a year since we had it cleaned. He said it would take about an hour and a half for two small areas and the stairs. Ok. I had moved most of the furniture out except the couch and a small ottoman. Our normal guy will move the couch and vacuums before he starts. The tech never vacuumed which I wish I had known but ok. He was done in less than an hour. When I came downstairs and asked if he moved the couch, he said no since he was by himself, ok but when I asked about the ottoman he said he moved it "only slightly". I'm pretty sure he maybe just bumped it. My 2 year old can move it by herself so that was disappointing but he was already packed up. Had I known he wouldn't move ANYTHING I would have moved it. The carpet looked cleaner but not wow! Like usually. The tech then informed me if I "clean my carpets more regularly it might get better". So thanks for that. I'm just glad it was on a deal. Also, the carpets stayed wet FOREVER. More than the 8 hrs he told me. We still had wet bums the next morning which was like 20 hrs later... I thought I read on the site that they dry faster with the no soap. Anyway. It's been 2 weeks and all the spots are still visible. Not sure what you can do but there's my feedback.

Juan did a wonderful job on our carpets. They had. not been done in over 3 years and inn the heavy traffic areas they were quite dirty. Juan worked especially hard on the high traffic areas and the entire house looks wonderful. We asked him to return because some of our furniture needed additional attention. He came back and made everything perfect.

The timing was the issue. The rug was picked up on 12/5/17 and both the person I talked to on the phone and the pick up person felt there would be no problem getting the rug back by Christmas. When I called on 12/21 and 12/22 to inquire about when I was going to get the rug back, I received no return call until after 12/26/17. I thought it would have been nice to call and let me know that there was a hold up with the two week turn around that I had been quoted or to return my calls. I am not upset, just felt the communication was lacking. The rug turned out fine.
