Yesterday, our carpets were cleaned by Robert Downs, and today, our tiled rooms and shower were cleaned by Brian Almanza. Both gentlemen are professional, friendly, reviewed the job areas and provided information as to the process involved. I was very pleased with the quality of work they performed, and the cleanliness of the areas involved after the work was completed. They are great representatives for your company.
The services was great.
I am always very pleased with the job Zerorez does on our carpets. We recently did a remodel and workers and contractors were in the house for months. I didn't think it would be possible for our carpets to be cleaned adequately. But Zerorez has our carpets looking brand new again! The young man who cleaned our carpets was pleasant and professional. He pre-spotted noticeable stains dirty areas before cleaning the carpets and treated the carpet afterwards with a stain guard. The carpets dried quickly and there was no sticky residue. Thank you Zerorez!

Plain and simple, the cleaning results are fabulous! My carpet looks brand new and the spots don't reappear as they do with other cleaning companies. The technician is on time and courteous. I have used Zerorez for years and will continue to do so.

High cost. Same results with other companies. I was told runners would be placed after cleaning on the high traffic areas. I found out it was not true. The tech was very nice and did his job.

Technicians are on time, call to let you know when they are coming. Zerorez gets my carpets clean.
Even though we moved the heavy furniture, coffee table, etc. the technician did not even s;ightly move chairs to clean under. In the past with other services they always move the chairs and place paper under them while drying. Not one light piece of furniture was moved in two large rooms. The carpet looks amazing but not moving things at all is not acceptable!

I was surprised/disappointed by the fact that the total due was more than I had expected. When I called to make the appointment, I said that I wanted exactly what I had last time (August 2017). The lady on the phone found that invoice and said so you want the same service? I said yes and the same price. The total was $259. She made the appointment and said that the total for my 12/7/17 appointment would be $259, just like last time. When the technician finished (and he did a fine job, and he did exactly what was done in August), the total was $279. I asked him why it was $279 when I had been told on the phone it would be $259. He said it was out of his hands, because he had to bill what the office told him to bill. He said the office sent him the total of $279. I paid $279, but I was disappointed because I believed it was going to be $259.
