I love the fast dry time of the carpet. The technician offered to move furnitures and asked for my opinion about the result of his work.
They do great work even on old carpeting. They're clean. They're on time. They're work quickly. They're great.

I like how clean my carpets are when the work is done. I like that there is not detergents or soaps left behind that make the carpet fibers stiff. I like how professional the technicians are. The pricing is clear and the price that I pay is the same price that was presented at the earliest stages of conversation. I feel like the whole experience is communicated well on both ends - confirming in advance and following-up on satisfaction at the back.
Environmentally friendly
I️ had the best carpet cleaning I’ve ever had with Robert from Zerorez. So that being said, I’d recommend Zerorez because of the work quality. However, when i’d Called the office and asked for Robert to come back and clean an area that still had a bit of an odor, never heard back. That was a bit disappointing.
Excellent service for the care of off white carpet and tiles that are beige in color. They look like new!!
