The timing was the issue. The rug was picked up on 12/5/17 and both the person I talked to on the phone and the pick up person felt there would be no problem getting the rug back by Christmas. When I called on 12/21 and 12/22 to inquire about when I was going to get the rug back, I received no return call until after 12/26/17. I thought it would have been nice to call and let me know that there was a hold up with the two week turn around that I had been quoted or to return my calls. I am not upset, just felt the communication was lacking. The rug turned out fine.

First and foremost...NO CHEMICALS. With all my allergies Zerorez is my go to for tile and carpet cleaning. I have never had any issues after the cleaning. The people and technicians are friendly, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable.

Robert, the on site service rep, was very, very professional. He explained the process beforehand and LISTENED when I pointed out some particularly touch stains. And, he got them out! I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

I had my carpets cleaned about a month ago and they looked fabulous---the best cleaning ever.
While Daniel was here he told me he could clean the tile for the same price per area as the carpet.
The grout in my tile had never been cleaned in 18 years---I thought it was a dark grout---
He cleaned a sample area and it looked amazing.
He came back last week and cleaned all the tiled areas and I never remember them looking this good.---=and the price is fabulous.
Also, Daniel was professional, courteous, on time and did an wonderful job.
