Our appointment was for sometime between 8 and 10. The operator called at 8:15 and told us he was on his way. He arrived before 9 and set up quickly. The job was tough..we had a lot of bad spots but he got them clean, When he left the carpet looked great. Four days later the carpet still looks good, not spots came back! The carpet is soft and looks years newer. I'm a fan!\

Everything.. carpets clean like no other company I have ever hired. When the tech is done the carpets look so clean and beautiful. The techs are always polite and professional.

The first two times the service was great and the carpet looked great!

However, the last two times the carpet did not look very good and this time the guy was only at my house for maybe 20 minutes, if that!

I was very disappointed, not sure if I will be using zeroeez again and will not be recommending! The technician was not clean and smelled.
