Robert was very nice. He was even here early. He explained completely what he was going to do and completed it very professionally. We decided to send our area rug into the business to have a deeper cleaning and he said that we will have it returned in a timely manner. I was very pleased and we will have Robert back to do all our cleaning needs. Thank you, Robert.

Very professional technician. Three levels of steps were not an easy task. Steps and 2 landings came out beautiful.
They arrived on time and did a good job on a challenging situation. Cleaned up nicely.
The results were fantastic! You took a light cream carpet from very soiled traffic areas to what the carpet looked like when it was new and I do mean just like new!

The technician listened to my requests and concerns and addressed all of them.
Normally my carpet looks new when you clean it and it stays clean for a long time. This time I was told that the polyester in the carpet prevented the high traffic area from getting completely clean. I will admit that it was quite dirty,but was disappointed when I saw that it didn't come clean.
On time, covered to prevent dirt accumulation. Techncian ; Eduardo Valencia did a very good job!

Normally we are very pleased with our service from Zerorez...however, we were very disappointed in the outcome of having our chairs cleaned. For the price we paid, we felt that we would get better results. Also, due to circumstances, we were unable to clean the three areas scheduled....so we did just the walkway areas downstairs and upstairs. We also did the stairs...Felt that the price was more than we had agreed upon on the phone...$345.00??? We do plan to have the carpets cleaned downstairs after the holidays...but, hope for much better results.

Friendly and professional. Left booties to wear until carpet dries. Carpet dried within 12 hr period. White carpet was clean and bright.
My rugs do not at all look clean. I see No improvement whatsoever. I was told by the gentleman who came to our house and "cleaned" the rugs that on Tuesday's you offer free pick up if I wanted to have them sent to your facility to be cleaned, but now I am being told that you charge $35 to pick up and $35 to deliver and you're also going to charge me AGAIN to clean the same rugs. I'm very disappointed in your cleaning service as well as your customer service. If you stand by your product, then you should make this right without charging me and inconveniencing me.
I called ahead and told the person about my rug cleaning needs. They stated they could come pick them up and bring them back cleaned. When the technician got to my home they said it would be better to have one of the rugs cleaned and the other cleaned in my home when they came back to drop off the cleaned rug. I explained I was hosting a party on the 7th, and needed the whole job done by then. The technician told me they would be back on 11/27 between 12-2pm to deliver my rug and clean my others. I made all my plans around this event, and when I called in on the 27th, the person answering the phones stated my order for the in home service was not even scheduled, and that the delivery was not happening until the 28th. I will not be home the 28th, and cant receive the rug. no deliveries are made outside of Tues., so now I have to go pick up my rug and bring it back to my home on my own. Also, I now do not have time to get my other rugs cleaned, and will have to find someone else to do them. I don't think I should have to pay full price on this cleaning, and should receive a discount for the inconvenience.

I was very thankful that the technician was on time, knowledgeable, and called prior to arriving, as asked. The carpet cleaning seems to have come out great - everything feels clean and fluffy, even the stairs which are highly trafficked.
