Carpet cleaning results are spotty. You can clearly see areas that were missed.
Technician was friendly and cooperative- But his attention for detail wasn't there. Almost felt like he just wanted to get the job done. When I explained I saw some areas still dirty and or missed he agreed to go back to one spot but explained the portable unit he was using wasn't nearly as strong as the unit in the van.
It was explained to me he would need to go back again 2 or 3 times with the portable unit to get the results of the unit in the van.
I believe that is what should have been done. I would like the full results. I was charged additional fees due to being on the 3rd floor but then get an explanation that the mobile unit does not clean as well. If your company knows this and it takes two or three go overs to reach the results as the "more powerful" one in the van. - Then that is what should be done.
Your company representative/technition gave me the impression that is was not my carpets (2 year old) that were the problem. It was the lack of power of your mobile carpet cleaner he was using.

It's easy to schedule the services I want. Your workers show up as schedules. They are friendly and helpful and they get the job done. They are flexible when my plans change and I need to do more or less than thought.
Your guys love what they do and as a result they work their hearts out with a smile. This is the hallmark of a great company. The guy who did my home on Friday, Eric from the Skypark office in Irvine gave me pointers, some spot treater and the time of the World Series that eve. Super nice. My place looks wonderful. Keep up what you are doing and either I will see you in 6-10 months or sooner when I spill something again 😎.

I highly recommend using the Reaeda office. Cleaned my 9x12 area rug for &163. The last time I had it cleaned the Orange County office said they couldn’t clean it in my house and I had to pay more than $100more for them to clean it.

Is there a product that can be sprayed on the carpet to retard soiling from use?
I found it very expensive. The work was good. The person you sent to do the work was very friendly and professional. However, after doing the math, I paid $300 an hour for this service. My lawyer doesn't charge that much.

Great customer service. My technician, Sal, was so knowledgable and helpful and did a wonderful job of explaining every step of his process. Because of him my carpets look amazing and feel so good, almost like new.
I like that the quotes are given and that is the price that is charged unless you decide to go with something last minute that is extra.
Good Orange County franchise. Sal talked about what a great company it is to work for and how the people support one another. This is the type of company I like doing business with and will continue to use them for my carpet cleaning.
