The second person who came cleaned the marble floor in the area where the solution etched the surface finish, but, the finish was NOT restored. He seemed more interested in selling us more cleaning services rather than resolving our problem!!!! We will now have to persue another solution at our expense to restore the finish on the floor. We are NOT happy with your service.
We were so pleased with the price and the services that were provided.
It is a steaming services which is better for carpets and is much better the cleaning the carpets. The Staff was friendly and did a good job providing service to us.

We like that fact that Zerorez removes all the residual residue from previous cleaning products from the carpet in addition to cleaning it.
My rugs are the cleanest they have ever been. Usually after they are cleaned,the dirt reappears in a week or so. My carpets and rugs are still looking great. I will definitely call Edwardo again.
Zerorez does a great job of cleaning carpets. We have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past, and the spots come rignt back. This is our second time using Zerorez, and we are very pleased with their service. There is no chemical smell, the job was done very quickly and efficiently. The technician was on time, which is very important to us. He was also very pleasant, friendly and courteous.

This the first time ZeroRez has come to my home. I have listened to Bill Handel on KFI AM 640, for years, telling me how great tour service is. We were having a party in a few days and I didn't want to do the carpet myself, again.
Your technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was on time, neat, clean, and friendly. He was also respectful of my home and he was a complete gentleman! While he was working we decided that we needed another room done. When I asked Ricky if he could do it, he said he was happy to do whatever we needed done. Now, that is the kind of employee that makes a company successful!
We are more than pleased with ZeroRez and we will call on you in the future. I will also recommend ZeroRez to all of my friends.

No chemicals or residue which was important for my newborn babies arrival. My rep Mark was extremely informative and upfront about the process. He was incrediblly nice and very informative. I felt he went above and beyond to help us understand the do's and dont's of treating stains in the future.

First off, I'm so glad you sent a feedback request because I want to tell you how much we enjoyed having Zerorez. Chris, the tech, was extremely knowlegeable, polite and the hardest working tech I have ever seen. Customer service was top notch and the carpets and couch are beautiful. I can honestly say, that having other carpet cleaning companies come over a 8 year period, I'm so sorry I didn't start with Zerorez. We will not have any other company clean our carpets and couches except Zerorez.

This is the best carpet cleaning method yet. My wife and I both have asthma and allergies and there is no musty smell or any sticky residue on the carpet and better yet none on our feet as we walk around our house barefoot. I had 2 rooms with 20 year old carpet and it has not looked that good since we bought our house. Thanks you very much and Mark did a great job. We have some other items we need you folks to come back and clean.....will be in touch.

$459 is very, very expensive for just 3 bedrooms, 2 closets, stairs and one hallway. I had thoroughly vacuumed before, and when technician showed me how little stuff he pulled out, I thought it was a waste of time and money. When I complained about the $499 he calculated, he reduced it a bit, but still, it was way too expensive, and the cleaning is OK but doesn't feel any better than if I had just steam cleaned it. I think Zerorez is a lot of hype.
