How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

after about 2 weeks my carpet looks dirty did not clean the way I thought and spending $200 dollars I expected better. I will not recommend Zerorez.

Professional, easy, knowledgeable techs not to mention very effective carpet cleaning.

What could we do to improve?

The cleaner forgot to leave the plastic booties and missed a few areas (like behind the doors) but otherwise the carpet looks clean. I would also recommend that the cleaner leave a refrigerator magnet business card with your contact info for future use.

What do you like about our products and services?

Even though the actual cleaning fees were high than my usual carpet cleaning company, my carpets seem to stay clean longer; helping to extend the life of my carpet.
