I have had many companys come out & clean my carpets, was never happy with end results all the stops came back withing a week, with Zerorez my carpets are stilll looking good & the pet odor they were able to remove. THe representative explained everything as he went along what he would be able to accomplish & would not. Very honest & professional. I will definately use Zerorez again for my carpet cleaning needs.

The lack of soaps, detergents, and scents in the cleaning. The quick dry time after the carpet has been cleaned. That the carpet stays cleaner longer. The friendliness and professionalism of Zerorez employees.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There was no carpet prep (ie vacuuming, etc). All that was done was spray the carpet a little and then the application and extraction of hot water. I had requested a carpet repair, but the tech did not bring an iron nor carpet tape.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician was really nice and helpful with the information. However, an area rug (which was same carpet in the rest of the house that is used as a remnant) that was cleaned dried with reddish brown stains that were not there before. I am not happy with the results on the results-it actually is worse than what was originally there. These stains did not appear until after it dried-no furniture was placed on rug nor was there any walking on rug until it dried later that evening. The stains follow the machine marks, so it looks like the machine made the stains. Also, while I ok'd the truck on my driveway, it leaked oil. This is the first time I have been unhappy with the product, and most likely won't use your services again.

No soap residue and your carpets look "brand new" after Zerorez is done! LOVE THIS COMPANY AND NO OTHER CARPET COMPANY HAS OR WILL TOUCH MY CARPETS AGAIN!! :) The friendliest, most professional and knowledgeable technicians ever!
