The first person that came to do the carpets did not do a very good job. I would never have recommended zerorez after the work that he did. But, the next guy that came did a wonderful job and I would recommend zerorez. So, I would recommend you to my friends if I knew that their first experience was going to be like my second experience, then I would be happy to recommend you.

Being green and doing a good job

Without the residue left behind by cleaning solutions, the Zerorez cleaned carpets felt really clean and stains did not re-appear as has happened in the past with other carpet cleaning services. The carpets seem to stay cleaner longer.

The Zerorez rep was very communicative about the product and what he was going to do each step of the way. I did have to caution him about going to hard up against the molding, but all ended up just fine. No dents or scratches in the woodwork.

We had a sofa cleaned. The technician was on time and the cleaning went quickly. It also dried quickly. This sofa was not particularly dirty, but needed to be freshened up after a move from another state and a few months in storage here before we moved into our new house. We certainly would call you again for upholstery cleaning. It was a positive experience and we are also interested in some of your other services including stone and grout cleaning. You were recommended to me by our interior designer and I would recommend you also.

We had to have the tech back to redo a couple of areas. All of our stains came back within three weeks.

I like the fact that there are zero chemicals being used throughout the cleaning process.

Where do I start??? I was given a quote over the phone and when Josh shows up it is triple what the phone quote was. Then he guaranteed his work once they charged extra for a pet treatment that the rooms would NOT smell like dog. As Josh left he was quick to mention the bonus he would receive if I happened to call back and say he did a good job. From what I understood there was some sort of satisfaction guarantee policy where if there was an issue Zerorez would come back out and fix the issue... My carpet smelled so bad that I didn't think it was safe for my kids to sleep in their own rooms. After I called to have someone redo the carpet Josh comes back and said he would charge $50 to fix the carpet. Once we mentioned that was unacceptable based on their own guarantee he went on to offend my husband with some of the following remarks... "how am I supposed to know your dog didn't pee all over the place? How many dogs do you have here anyway? I never guaranteed anything and it is $50 take it or leave it". After that swell customer service I gave a call back to the office, found out Josh falsified the invoice that was typed up as opposed to the one I signed at my home upon completion of the original job. Jeff (the owner) came on the line to attempt to resurrect us as a customer only to be more argumentative in the end and would come back to the home for "only $15" and fix their mistake... So with that said, if there was a number less than 0 I would have taken it. Btw, we are ripping up our carpet since it has become nasty after you got a hold of it and refinishing the concrete. Thank goodness you sent this survey request because it reminds me that I need to YELP about how fabulous you treat your customers!!! Yuck!

Lower your prices. Although we were satisfied with the quality, we felt that your prices were high for one worker and a 90 minute job.
